13 Week Club
The Knights of Columbus, Council 5890 here in Washingtonville, has an ongoing fundraiser called the 13 Week Club. As the name indicates, each club runs for 13 weeks.
Members of the club choose an available number between 1 and 300 and pay $26 to participate in 13 weeks of lucky number drawings.
The first four weeks of each club is a registration period for members to choose their numbers and make payments.
The lucky number drawings begin on Week Five with 10 numbers being drawn and each winner receiving $25.
Two $25 drawings are conducted each week from Week Six through Week 12.
When Week 13 arrives, all members of the club are invited to the K of C Hall for a complimentary brunch and the final drawings:
Two $25 prizes
Three $50 prizes
One $100 prize
One $250 prize
And our Grand Prize of $500.
